We are looking for a PMO Analyst with strong Power BI skills to join the Portfolio Office within the Delivery team of the Digital Technology Group (DTG). The Delivery team leads global technology transformation projects that support the strategic and digital goals. In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting, streamline workflows, and enhance portfolio visibility through automation and dashboards. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the tools and data that support project delivery across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership and operational reporting
- Improve portfolio reporting in collaboration with project delivery and business analysis teams
- Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies
- Manage and maintain accurate portfolio data models and core datasets
- Align with the Power Platform team on best practices and standards

Essential Skills and Experience
- 3+ years in a PMO or project management role using best practice and agile methods

- Experience with Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft 365, Azure
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder influencing skills
Desirable
- Certification in project/programme/portfolio management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
- Business and financial acumen
- Degree-level education
- Experience in a technology team within a global or AEC organisation
- Skilled in Power Automate and/or Azure DevOps
- Strong written communication for executive-level reporting
