Location: PL Postcode. Sector: Social Housing / Housing Association. Position: Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance within domestic social housing properties on a Housing Association contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR)
- Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems
- Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring tenants receive excellent care
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations, including risk assessments, safe systems of work and COSHH records
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with gas qualifications
- Extensive experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances, strong fault finding, diagnostic and repair skills
- In-date ACS qualifications, including CKR1 & HTR1
- Full UK driving licence
- No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out on offer of employment)
Salary & Benefits
- 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Additional overtime and weekend work available at enhanced rates

- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (DOE)
- Out-of-hours call‑out rota (1 week in 4)
- OTE £50,000+ per annum
