Key role objective

The principal function of this position is to collaborate with the Project Manager and wider project team to develop, manage, and maintain contract‑compliant project programmes using Oracle Primavera P6. The role ensures compliance with NEC4 programme requirements, supporting the preparation and maintenance of the Accepted Programme.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Develop and maintain NEC4 compliant programmes (Clause 31 & 32)
  • Submit programmes for acceptance and manage revisions
  • Update programmes to reflect progress and forecast outcomes
  • Undertake critical path and delay analysis
  • Support compensation event assessments and time impact analysis
  • Integrate risk and early warning processes into programmes
  • Liaise with project teams and stakeholders
  • Mentor staff in Primavera P6 and NEC planning standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in construction or civil engineering planning
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  • Understanding of Accepted Programme requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Working Conditions

Based primarily at Kings Langley Head Office with occasional site visits.

Physical Requirements
