Join the Parkdean Resorts team as a Gas Specialist – a role that keeps you on your toes! As our new Gas Specialist, you will provide expertise in gas testing, ensuring our Holiday Homes and buildings are safe and fully compliant with current legislation and standards. You must be ‘Gas Safe’ qualified and hold all current gas safe qualifications, including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.
Responsibilities
- Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
- Ensure the safe installation of new gas appliances such as boilers, ovens, and fires.
- Build positive relationships to resolve guest queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
- Respond to any breakdowns or urgent issues.
- Assist in the training of gas safety for the maintenance team.
- Record all jobs on the company system.
