This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected global leader, who due to growth are keen to secure their next Technical Trainer. As the Engineering Trainer you will co‑ordinate and deliver training to both employees around the business and external customers on all company products. You will have full autonomy to plan and manage your days as you see fit, working collaboratively with the management team to ensure that all parties are appropriately trained in line with the development plans and needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule training sessions on operation, programming, maintenance and repair of both machinery and equipment.
  • Create high‑quality training material, including PowerPoint presentations, written handouts, e‑Learning courses.
  • Apply knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and programming.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites, including overnight stays which will be fully expensed.
  • Provide full product training.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical/engineering background is required.
  • Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
