We’re working with a fast‑growing digital agency in London looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of multi‑channel campaigns and drive measurable growth across a portfolio of e‑commerce clients. This role is hands‑on with a strong strategic edge, perfect for someone who can execute, optimise, and scale.
The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of paid media activity across key accounts, driving performance across paid social and paid search. You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, and strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day management of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to hit core KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement improvements at pace
- Build and scale campaigns across audiences, creatives, and channels
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and data teams to improve full‑funnel performance
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and strong returns
- Support senior stakeholders with reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new growth opportunities
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience across paid media, ideally within an agency environment
- Hands‑on experience across both Paid Social and Paid Search
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce performance metrics, ROAS, CPA, attribution
- Confident managing budgets and scaling campaigns
- Analytical mindset, comfortable diving into data and turning insight into action
- Strong communicator, able to manage clients and internal stakeholders
