Job Description

Our client, a global fast-paced i Gaming organisation, is looking for an experienced

Paid Social Manager to join its growing marketing team.

This role will support the continued growth of online casino and bingo brands across international markets, with a strong focus on delivering, managing and optimising full-funnel paid social campaigns across key platforms including

Meta, Snapchat and Tik Tok .

The position is performance-driven and requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data, reporting, tracking and attribution insights to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, country managers, brand teams, data teams and external partners to translate campaign performance into clear insights, contribute to strategic discussions and support continuous improvement across paid social activity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded Paid Social specialist to further develop their expertise within one of the world's largest i Gaming organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat and Tik Tok for assigned international markets, including campaign setup, budget management, optimisation and performance monitoring.
  • Liaise with design teams to brief, request and manage creative assets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to brand standards.
  • Ensure all paid social advertising complies with relevant regulatory standards, platform policies and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and country managers globally to plan, deliver and execute annual marketing forecasts for paid social channels.
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, including Customer Lifetime Value analysis.
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Support the development of full-funnel paid social activity, with a strong focus on acquisition and performance growth.
  • Work with brand teams to support upper-funnel initiatives and improve audience engagement across key markets.
  • Partner with data teams to ensure tracking is set up correctly, including tagging, tracking links, landing pages and campaign measurement.
  • Ensure all published ads, tracking links and landing pages are fully functional before launch.
  • Develop a strong understanding of international markets, adapting campaigns to reflect cultural nuances, customer behaviour and local market trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and campaign performance through advanced technical solutions.
  • Lead internal and external meetings when required, presenting insights, updates and recommendations clearly and confidently.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Experience within the i Gaming, online casino, bingo, betting or gaming sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience managing significant paid social budgets across multiple markets.
  • Hands-on experience across Meta, Snapchat and/or Tik Tok advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of paid social platform features, campaign structures, optimisation methods and performance levers.
  • Experience working with Tableau or other digital visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using reporting tools, attribution models, mobile measurement partners such as Apps Flyer, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong understanding of tagging, tracking and attribution, particularly Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience ensuring ads comply with regulatory standards, platform requirements and responsible gaming guidelines.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word to analyse, present and report results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating across Marketing, Digital, CRM, Data and external partners.
  • Proactive, confident and commercially minded, with the initiative to test new ideas and improve performance.
  • Well organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
