Live Oak Contracting, LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead on multifamily construction sites. You will support the on-site superintendent, oversee subcontractors, monitor schedules, budgets, and safety, and ensure work meets Live Oak's high quality standards.
This role requires at least 3 years in multifamily or commercial construction, strong leadership, knowledge of codes, and excellent communication. Travel and occasional night/weekend work may be required.
