Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
- Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel amenities and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
- Document maintenance activities and report major issues to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to work any day of the week and work early morning schedules.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of hotel/apartment maintenance experience.
- Willing to do heavy lifting.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
