What You’ll Do

As a Field Technician, you’ll complete field work for Mortgage Inspection Plans throughout Massachusetts. Every day brings a new location, new challenges, and the opportunity to work independently in the field. You’ll be assigned a daily territory with scheduled jobs and will work outdoors year-round in a fast‑paced, active environment.

Position Details

  • Full‑Time | Monday–Friday 31–40 hours per week
  • Seasonal/Summer applicants encouraged to apply!

Pay & Earning Potential

  • Training Period: $15/hour (or minimum wage)
  • After Training: Piecework or commission‑based $12 - $24 per job
  • The more motivated and efficient you are, the more you can earn!
