We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a busy Healthcare PFI contract.

Location and hours: Monday to Friday, Oxford – 5 days a week onsite. Temporary role with £27 per hour via umbrella.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring service delivery meets SLA, client and company requirements
  • Leading recruitment, training, performance management and development of teams
  • Managing rotas, staffing levels and contingency planning to maintain service standards
  • Monitoring KPIs, service levels and contract compliance
  • Supporting the Head of Soft FM with budgets, hours, forecasting and reporting
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Managing escalations and resolving operational issues effectively
  • Overseeing timesheets, wages, scheduling and workforce systems
  • Driving continuous improvement across all Soft FM services
  • Ensuring all cleaning and support services are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining standards across manual and mechanical cleaning operations

Qualifications:

  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification
  • Previous management experience within Soft FM, Facilities, Cleaning or Healthcare environments
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Experience managing staffing levels, workloads and service performance
  • Previous healthcare environment experience
  • COSHH knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years leading teams in a similar role
