The opportunity: A highly respected, multi-disciplinary design and planning consultancy — specialists in rural land and property asset development — is embarking on one of the most exciting chapters in its history. Having built a strong, successful presence in the North of England, the firm is now expanding South with a brand new Oxfordshire office and a new team. As Associate Architect, you would lead the charge to shape the direction of its regional operation, playing a defining role in business development, client relationships, and winning work across the South of England.
What you’ll be doing:
- Run and oversee projects across high-end residential, conservation, heritage, and rural sectors.
- Lead the commercial strategy for the South office, driving business development and nurturing client relationships.
- Shape the practice’s growth and establish its presence across South England.
What we’re looking for:

What’s in it for you:
- A rare seat at the table – shaping business, not just working in one.
- Long-term progression with a practice that has big ambitions.
- Stability and support of a well-established, thriving firm behind you.
- The chance to build and lead a team from the ground up.
