Job Description
Security and Fire Systems Service Engineer – Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 in Greater London.
Our client is a family‑owned, progressive and expanding NACOSS Gold and BAFE FIRE Gold accredited Integrated Security and Fire Systems company, concentrating exclusively on commercial applications.

Responsibilities
- Corrective maintenance works – fault finding, troubleshooting and a first‑time fix whenever possible.
- Remedial and small works.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Client on‑site liaison.
- Working with monitored systems in liaison with our Alarm Receiving Centre.
- Act as a company ambassador when out in the field.
- Completion of all required site and electronic paperwork promptly and with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate good industry knowledge of all required disciplines.
- Participate in regular ongoing internal and external technical, regulatory, and health and safety training.
- Participate in out‑of‑hours On Call Rota.

- Out of hours On Call required roughly one week in six – £385/week standby payment, plus callouts at £90 for travel to and first hour on site, with your standard overtime rate for subsequent hours.
