Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities, including logistics, engineering and field service operations.
- Manage and monitor stock, inventory and replenishment schedules.
- Lead and support a team of operations and engineering staff to ensure service excellence.
- Drive efficiency improvements and maintain full compliance with health & safety standards.
- Monitor budgets, report on key operational metrics and contribute to strategic planning.
- Support ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational alignment.
About You
- Proven experience in operations or service management, ideally within a field-based or technical service environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident in managing budgets and driving cost-effective performance.
- A natural leader who inspires and motivates teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain or engineering operations would be highly beneficial.
- Proficient in using CRM or operational tracking systems.
