We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Manager and EA to join an incredibly fast-paced, creative single-family office. This is a hands-on role combining office management, executive support, and project coordination. You’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly while working closely with senior leadership across production, operations, and administration.
You’ll be the backbone of the organisation, ensuring structure, clarity, and momentum across day-to-day operations. From managing leadership schedules and coordinating projects to overseeing office logistics, this is a varied and high-impact position suited to someone who thrives on responsibility and pace.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting senior leadership with calendar management, priorities, and coordination
- Tracking projects across development, financing, and production stages
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a well-run environment
- Managing meetings, logistics, travel, and internal scheduling
- Maintaining documentation, contracts, and key business records
- Handling internal communications, databases, and correspondence
- Conducting light research and preparing industry updates
About You

- Around 5+ years’ experience in operations, production, or a similar family office role
- Longevity across your career to date
- Strong organisational and project tracking skills

- Experience using AI tools in your daily work flow
Technical Skills:
- Excel/Google Sheets, Asana/Monday.com, Notion/SharePoint, Outlook/Slack/Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint/Visio, budgeting & invoicing tools, research skills, and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Working Style
- Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday 9:30-6pm)
