Health and Safety Advisor
Salary: £40,000 plus benefits including great training, 30 days holiday, bank holidays, sick pay (3 months full salary, 3 months half salary), employee assistance programmes, 10% employer pension contribution, salary sacrifice available, early Friday finish.
Location: Commutable from Okehampton, Exeter, Tiverton, Tavistock, Launceston, Torrington, Newton Abbot, Crediton and surrounding areas. *Ex-Forces Candidates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week.
- Health and Safety representative for the site.
- Work with cross-site teams.
- Implement health and safety procedures, risk assessments, audits, inspections, and compliance.
- Ensure Health and Safety is ingrained in the culture.
Qualifications
- Health and safety background.
- Relevant qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Interest in outdoors, animals or nature.
- Ex-Forces candidates encouraged to apply.
