As a Town Planner, you will be involved in delivering planning projects from initial appraisal through to submission and determination. You will manage your own schemes while supporting senior team members on larger and more complex developments, continuing to build your expertise in a growing consultancy environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing planning applications and appeals
- Preparing high-quality planning reports and supporting documentation
- Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility assessments
