The Role

As Mechanical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the tender process, working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing detailed mechanical estimates for a range of Building Services projects
  • Interpreting drawings, specifications and tender documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations
  • Producing competitive and technically sound cost proposals
  • Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings where required
  • Working with internal teams to ensure tenders are aligned with technical and commercial expectations

About You
