We are a rapidly expanding specialist international contractor looking for a senior commercial professional for our UK business. Based in the Midlands, the successful applicant will work on high profile Data Centre projects and take on account management responsibility for a key client account. Working closely with the commercial and engineering teams, clients, and key stakeholders, the Commercial Manager will lead day-to-day activities on large-scale Data Centre projects, with a particular focus on high-voltage electrical engineering.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior commercial role
- Background working for leading Tier 1 contractors
- Data Centre and/or HV project experience is preferable, although experience of similarly large and complex schemes is also of interest
