Reed are delighted to be working with a leading interior landscaping specialist to find an Installation Operative. You will play a key role in delivering high quality interior and exterior planting installations within client workplaces and commercial environments. A large portion of installations take place in East Midlands, Manchester and Leeds where clients expect a professional, polished service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Installing plants at client sites in line with agreed project plans
  • Working collaboratively as part of an installation team to complete projects to a high standard
  • Communicating confidently and professionally with clients throughout the installation process
  • Proactively identifying onsite challenges and working with your line manager to resolve them
  • Accurately using handheld devices to record progress and follow required procedures
  • Following all health & safety processes and company guidelines
  • Supporting installations at other UK locations when required
  • Carrying out physical tasks, including lifting and installing planters and displays

About You:

  • A strong team focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals
  • A good level of physical fitness to safely complete manual handling tasks
  • Practical, hands on experience with a reasonable level of DIY competence
  • Confidence using tools and equipment associated with installation work
  • Clear, professional communication skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in manual, practical, or site based environments
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required
