Reed are delighted to be working with a leading interior landscaping specialist to find an Installation Operative. You will play a key role in delivering high quality interior and exterior planting installations within client workplaces and commercial environments. A large portion of installations take place in East Midlands, Manchester and Leeds where clients expect a professional, polished service.
Key responsibilities:
- Installing plants at client sites in line with agreed project plans
- Working collaboratively as part of an installation team to complete projects to a high standard
- Communicating confidently and professionally with clients throughout the installation process
- Proactively identifying onsite challenges and working with your line manager to resolve them
- Accurately using handheld devices to record progress and follow required procedures
- Following all health & safety processes and company guidelines
- Supporting installations at other UK locations when required
- Carrying out physical tasks, including lifting and installing planters and displays
About You:
- A strong team focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals
- A good level of physical fitness to safely complete manual handling tasks
- Practical, hands on experience with a reasonable level of DIY competence
- Confidence using tools and equipment associated with installation work
- Clear, professional communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in manual, practical, or site based environments
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required
