I'm currently supporting a major transformation programme and am looking to speak with experienced Enterprise Business Architects who can help shape the future operating model of a complex organisation undergoing significant change across SAP and Salesforce platforms. • Defining and assessing business capabilities to support the target operating model.
  • Mapping capabilities through to business processes, organisational design, and change impacts.
  • Leading value stream mapping and end-to-end process assessments.
  • Designing future-state operating models aligned to transformation objectives.
  • Partnering with business and technology teams to ensure organisational readiness for SAP and Salesforce implementation.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Business Architect, or within a Business Design / Target Operating Model capacity.
  • A background in Business Analysis with progression into business architecture.
  • Experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
  • Strong capability modelling, value stream mapping, and operating model design expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical business change.
  • Previous SAP and Salesforce Transformation experience
