Insurance Domain experience is Mandatory.
Strong Technical architect with the following aspects:
- Have designed or architected applications in the past.
- Has exposure to all the layers of a typical app (like UI, Integration, Business Logic, Orchestration, Database etc.).
- Has worked directly with clients and is able to get client confidence quickly.
- Has worked on typical AI tools available in the market / homegrown.
- Has worked on modernisation programs earlier as junior/senior architect.
- Has exposure to legacy platforms/technologies.
- Able to guide the engineering team through the modernisation journey.
