This is ongoing 1099 contract work for skilled professionals who can independently diagnose and complete a wide range of commercial repairs and facility maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing
- Perform commercial plumbing repairs and address drainage issues
- Execute leak detection and repair services
- Manage fixture replacements including toilets, faucets, and valves
- Conduct water heater troubleshooting and repair
