Maintain accurate and updated production records, including inventory levels, production reports, and employee performance evaluations.
Assist team members during short-staffed shifts to maintain productivity, including operating machinery.
Mentor and motivate associates, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth.
Count end-of-night inventory of ice cream totes.
Proactively identify and address equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to minimize downtime and maximize production.
Ensure all products are made within specification and comply with Food Safety and Quality standards of Mini Melts USA.
Full responsibility for HACCP worksheets and any other required daily worksheets.
Other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Punctual and reliable.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills.
- Mechanically inclined to handle minor equipment issues.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve complex problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
