About The Role

As the Marine HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for people operations and providing administrative support to our colleagues at sea. You will work closely with the Head of Marine HR and play a key role in building a professional HR setup.

Responsibilities

  • Employee life cycle support, from onboarding to off‑boarding
  • Draft contracts, addendums, and formal documents
  • Support the recruitment processes
  • Employee announcements
  • Daily communication with colleagues at sea
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects and process development
  • Plan and secure a solid career plan for individual seafarers
  • Follow‑through and ensure tasks are completed in accordance with quality standards

Qualifications

  • Solid experience working with HR operations
  • Relevant educational background
  • Highly organized and self‑motivated
  • Service‑mindful, proactive, and full of initiative and ideas
  • Passion for people operations and the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient with MS Office applications
  • Experience with Danish Collective Agreements for seafarers is an advantage
  • Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written
