We have partnered with a 75 unit Senior living property in Norwich who is in need of additional Maintenance help!
Maintenance Techs are responsible for ensuring apartments are move-in ready, general clean up around the property and completing work orders. The hours are 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday and paying $22-24/hour.
Responsibilities:- Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
- Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Clean Up
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month.
