Job DescriptionJob Title: Electrician Location: Norwich and surrounding Salary: £40,000 - £43,325 + company van and fuel card We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit a skilled Electrician. This role covers Norwich , Peterborough, Southend and Ipswich so candidates must be based locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and planned electrical maintenance across multiple properties
- Complete multiple jobs per day efficiently and safely
- Provide a high standard of customer service to
- Participate in a call-out rota
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) AM2, 18th Edition, Full UK manual driving license
- Experience working in social housing or similar environment but not essential
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
- Comfortable using PDA/job scheduling software
