This is an excellent opportunity for a junior design engineer to develop within a supportive environment, gaining hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to installation, while receiving ongoing training and mentorship in a niche, growing sector.

Key Responsibilities- Support the design of bespoke passenger lift systems
- Produce technical drawings and 3D models using CAD/BIM software
- Assist with tender and project‑specific designs in line with regulations
- Work closely with Sales, Projects and Installation teams
- Help manage drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation
- Contribute to technical problem‑solving and continuous improvement
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or similar
- Knowledge or academic experience with CAD/BIM tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in engineering design and the built environment
