A leading London law firm with a top-tier real estate practice is seeking a talented Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its busy and growing team. This is a new headcount role reflecting continued strong client demand and a diverse pipeline of high-quality work. While the firm is ideally looking to make a permanent hire, they are also offering a fixed-term contract (3, 6, or 12 months) to secure the right candidate quickly.
The Opportunity
- Work exclusively on non-contentious construction matters across high-end real estate projects.

About You
- UK-qualified solicitor with 3–8 years’ PQE gained at a recognised or top-tier real estate/construction firm.
- Strong background in non-contentious construction law, ideally from a real estate (rather than projects/energy) perspective.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Full UK working rights are required.
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 from home (after initial induction period).
- Initial 4-week onboarding period in the office to integrate with the team, clients, and support functions.
