Freelance Site Manager – High Rise Residential Scheme – Newcastle. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a major high-rise residential development in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established main contractor on a large-scale city centre scheme, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily site activities across the project
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Monitoring programme and progress against targets
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting
