We’re partnering with a well-established PLC organisation to recruit a hands-on Risk Manager who will play a key role in strengthening and evolving the company’s risk management framework. This is a highly visible position, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail while also influencing at a senior level. You’ll be responsible for overseeing existing frameworks, while actively challenging, questioning, and engaging stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement in risk practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the current enterprise risk management framework
  • Partner with stakeholders across all business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • Provide constructive challenge to ensure risks are properly understood and managed
  • Support the embedding of a strong risk culture throughout the organisation
  • Deliver clear and insightful risk reporting to senior leadership
  • Facilitate risk workshops and ongoing risk reviews
