We’re recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a growing FM division (£20m turnover) backed by a larger construction group and led by a new, growth-focused MD. You’ll manage a £1m+ portfolio of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts across commercial, education, and high-end residential sites in Newcastle.
The Role
- Manage operational delivery of PPM & reactive works
- Oversee engineers (5 direct) and subcontractors
- Ensure KPI/SLA performance and compliance
- Full commercial involvement (WIP, cost control, margins, EBITDA)
- Build strong client relationships and support account growth
About You
- FM Contracts Manager experience essential
- Strong Building Services background (M&E / HVAC)
- Commercially aware with P&L exposure
- Experienced managing teams & supply chain
- CAFM experience (Joblogic desirable)
