In this role you will carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance for a range of building services such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire‑alarm interfaces and control systems. Additionally, you will support wider building services, including basic mechanical, basic plumbing and HVAC tasks.

This role is suitable for a multi‑skilled engineer with a background in commercial electrical building maintenance, holding a Level 3 certificate in Electrical Installation or equivalent, and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. A UK driving licence is also required.
