Following significant growth in recent years, they are looking to recruit a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their Facilities Management team covering West London and surrounding NW postcode areas. The Role As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering reactive maintenance, planned works, and minor installations across a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance works.
- Complete repairs and installations in line with service level agreements.
- Undertake minor project and new works installations.
- Ensure all works comply with current health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Accurately complete job documentation and update CAFM systems using a PDA.
- Diagnose faults and provide recommendations for remedial works where required.
- Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Undertake basic multi-skilled maintenance tasks where appropriate.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and occasional overtime requirements.
Requirements
- Essential City & Guilds Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Previous experience within facilities management, building services, or maintenance environments.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to use mobile technology, PDAs, and email systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
