Eddisons is looking for a motivated and capable facilities professional—someone currently working as a Building Manager, Assistant FM, or Facilities Coordinator—who’s ready to step up and manage a diverse multi‑let commercial portfolio across the region. Based out of our Milton Keynes office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ buildings run safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day‑to‑day FM operations across a mixed multi‑let portfolio
  • Acting as the main point of contact for occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, and statutory obligations
  • Supporting service charge budgeting and monitoring
  • Managing contractor performance and ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Conducting regular site inspections and reporting on building condition
  • Supporting sustainability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with Property Managers to enhance asset performance and occupier satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Building Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role within commercial property
  • Strong understanding of FM operations, compliance, and contractor management
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Someone eager to grow, take ownership, and step into a broader FM remit
  • IOSH/NEBOSH (or willingness to work towards it) is beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites
