We are supporting the delivery of a major building and infrastructure project in North London and are seeking an experienced MEP Chief Mechanical to join the team. This is a large-scale, technically complex development currently in delivery phase, offering the opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile scheme.
The role sits within a global construction company with responsibilities such as:
- Overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinating with the design and construction teams
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Managing the installation schedule
- Monitoring the system performance
- Troubleshooting any mechanical issues that arise during construction and commissioning
