Legacy Turkey is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician Lead for Melrose 2nd shift. You will schedule team members, step in for PTO, and lead a non-exempt crew while servicing all plant equipment through preventive, scheduled and emergency work orders.
You will diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment, read schematics, and use multimeters and test equipment. English communication is essential, with 1+ year maintenance experience and appropriate degrees/certifications preferred.
