M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Immediate Requirement
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering a number of major new build and refurbishment developments across East and Central London.
The projects range in scale from £80m-£250m, spanning sectors such as data centres, life sciences, logistics, and commercial office buildings. This position offers stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role on high-profile schemes.
Position: M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Rate / Salary: £450-£500 per day (outside IR35 available) or £70k-£100k + benefits (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Managing procurement and subcontract packages
- Handling all post-contract commercial duties
- Overseeing full project life cycle from pre-construction to final account
- Supporting project teams to ensure successful financial delivery

About You
- 4-10+ years' post-degree experience within a main contractor or M&E subcontractor
- Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects through to completion
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
