Solution Search are currently assisting a Tier 1 M&E contractor based in central London. They are in search of an MEP Project Director to deliver a high value Data Centre in High Wycombe. You will lead the overall operational delivery of a high value Data Centre, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, high performing teams, and exceptional internal and external stakeholder management. Experience managing large projects and teams from pre-construction through to PC is non-negotiable. Must have DC experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
  • Deliver project within budget and on time.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or relevant MEP experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in product management

Salary circa £150k+ package - all dependent on experience. UK Applicants only. To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting.
