You will lead the commercial function across multiple M&E projects from Bristol, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, and ensuring robust financial and contractual performance from pre-construction through final account.
You will oversee budgets, cash flow, CVR, risk, client meetings, subcontract negotiations, and compliance with JCT/NEC.
