A respected social housing provider is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their property services team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing homes across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, working in both void properties and occupied homes. Your new role:

  • Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing
  • Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to a high standard

  • Participating in a call‑out rota with additional payments

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
