We are seeking a Business Leader to build and lead a Marine Medical Services platform focused on maritime and offshore. This role is NOT clinical. It is a strategic mandate to create a service offering similar in scope to International SOS—delivering integrated medical support solutions to vessels, offshore operations, and rigs.
The Role:
- Establish and scale a marine medical services business from the ground up
- Develop solutions across telemedicine, remote care, medical evacuation, and assistance services
- Build partnerships with insurers, assistance providers, and maritime clients
- Drive commercial growth, client acquisition, and market positioning
- Lead the structure, strategy, and execution of this new vertical
The Profile:
- Senior leader from medical assistance / global health services / travel risk sectors
- Background in organizations such as International SOS, Healix International / Falck, AXA Partners, or Allianz Partners
- Proven track record in building or scaling service lines and driving commercial growth
- Strong experience in partnerships, B2B services, and strategic development
- Exposure to offshore, maritime, or remote services is an advantage
