The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Electronics Engineer to support the servicing and maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Test Equipment, including Special to Type Test Equipment (STTE). The role is part of a high‑performing team that supports manufacturing across all stages of product assembly, integration, and test.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with engineering and support functions to resolve both routine and non‑routine issues.
  • Participate in calibration, commissioning, drift analysis, fault diagnosis and repair of test equipment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • HNC or HND (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Practical experience in calibration of test equipment and maintenance of test systems to component level.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation (instructions, drawings, specifications) and apply this to fault finding, measurement and repair activities.
  • Solid understanding of calibration principles and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator, able to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Willingness to support and mentor junior team members where required.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Experience working with environmental chambers.
  • Experience in a Defence / Aerospace or safety‑regulated environment.

Additional Requirements

  • All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance and must hold British as their primary language.
  • Job requires a 5‑day per‑week on‑site presence at a secure site.
