Role Overview
This is a pivotal role where you’ll coordinate technical activities, manage analysts and consultants, and act as a key point of contact across multiple programmes. You’ll ensure high‑quality technical assessments, support data‑driven decision‑making, and contribute to the successful delivery of decarbonisation projects across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical reviews of decarbonisation funding applications, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Manage and support Energy & Carbon Analysts, including workload allocation, feedback, and performance reviews
- Oversee external technical consultants, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assessments
- Act as a key point of contact for technical queries, engaging directly with clients via email, calls, and meetings
- Produce performance and progress reports for internal stakeholders and programme leadership
Key Skills and Experience
- Relevant work experience in a building or energy services capacity
- Experience in providing advice and support to managers and employees
- Ability to manage, prioritise and deliver a number of projects and work programmes within timescale
- Pays close attention to detail, ensuring team’s work is delivered to a high standard
