Our client is an AJ100 practice with an outstanding reputation across multiple sectors, and is now looking to strengthen their education portfolio with a driven individual who can hit the ground running and grow into a leadership role.

The Role

Education will be at the heart of your project work, with the practice bringing decades of experience in the sector and an impressive portfolio of more than 3,000 delivered projects. Their expertise spans the full breadth of educational settings, covering everything from nursery and early years provision through to primary, secondary, sixth form and further education, as well as SEN facilities, free schools and academies. You will take a leading role on these projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Whilst education is the primary focus, the practice operates across a broad range of sectors including large-scale healthcare, commercial, and residential developments, meaning you’ll benefit from genuine variety in your workload and continued professional growth throughout.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Architect with strong, demonstrable experience in the education sector
  • Confident and capable in Revit, with a proven track record of using the software on live projects
  • Someone with the ambition and potential to step into an Associate position, as this is a genuine progression opportunity
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members

Why Apply?

This is a genuine opportunity for a talented Senior Architect to take the next step in their career with one of the industry's leading consultancies. The practice offers a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment with the support and structure needed to make the move to Associate level a reality within two years.
