Role Overview
You’ll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure that improves connectivity, enhances communities, and leaves a lasting legacy. Working across a diverse portfolio of highways and transport schemes, you’ll gain exposure to varied, technically engaging projects while continuing to develop your expertise within the NEC framework. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards. Whether you are NEC‑accredited, or an experienced Project Manager with NEC contract exposure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NEC‑accredited highways and local authority projects from inception to completion
- Manage planning, cost control, programme, risk, and quality across projects
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Support regional project opportunities, contributing to CPC’s growing NEC PM offering
About You
- Proven experience delivering projects under NEC contracts (accreditation ideal but not essential)
- Experience delivering highways / local authority projects, or broader infrastructure (e.g. rail, aviation)
- Strong project delivery skills: planning, cost, and programme management
