Our Role: As a Campaign Director you will build excellent relationships with internal teams and clients, being the key point of contact for workstream-related queries. You will be assigned to large clients/brands (typically £2m+) with multiple workstreams that require exceptional organisation and management of interdependencies. You will take ownership of directing the project planning and overseeing the commercial success of the campaigns you are responsible for, working closely with the Client Services lead(s) and your Operations lead. You will support the team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service across all workstreams. Your role is likely to take you between teams in your career at Lynx, as brand and client needs change with the natural product lifecycle and changing agency workflow. This will allow you to gather experience across different clients, and use your skills to best support high profile, high revenue accounts within the business.

Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

This role will be a great fit for you if you have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an advertising agency
  • Experience working in project management and project delivery environments – multiple project delivery and orchestrating multiple workstreams
  • Expertise in healthcare/pharma is a must for this role
  • Client-facing experience
  • Expert in delivering to deadlines and great attention to detail
