As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be the face of the business in the field—delivering expert service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment performs at its very best.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimising customer downtime
- Respond to breakdowns, including managing equipment swap‑outs where required
- Conduct regular customer visits, monitoring stock levels and usage
- Deliver new equipment training and refresher sessions to customers
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer insights to support continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and QHSES standards
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field‑based or technical role
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently
- A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with high standards of quality
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
- An analytical mindset with good attention to data and reporting
