Position Overview
Property Management Maintenance Technician needed.
Competitive salary plus bonus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onsite maintenance and grounds‑keeping functions.
- Maintain the physical condition of the property, including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
- Complete work orders, vacant unit turns, preventative maintenance, grounds and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.
- Perform all other related tasks assigned by the property manager or regional manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HVAC Certified.
- Property maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
- Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and all aspects of property maintenance.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
- Ability to read/write in English and understand directives both orally and in writing.
- Detail oriented and able to multi‑task.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Work Hours
Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed.
Must be able to work in a highly varied schedule, including weekend work hours.
