Location: Manchester & North West Salary: Up to £41,000 + Overtime + Company Van & Fuel Card Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well‑established facilities management company, covering commercial office buildings across Manchester and the North West.

The Role
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Electrical testing and compliance checks
- General building services maintenance
- Completing maintenance reports using paper and digital systems
- You’ll be working on a variety of commercial building services equipment, including:
- AHUs (Air Handling Units)
- FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
- Pumps & Motors
- Lighting & Power
- Distribution Boards
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Testing & Inspection experience is advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
